Glorify Your NameFather, I love you, I praise you, I adore you
Jesus, I love you, I praise you, I adore you
Spirit, I love you, I praise you, I adore you that the Son of man should be glorified. Father, glorify thy name. Jesus said, "I am come in my Father's name" (John 5:43)." The name "Jesus" means "Jehovah-Savior" or "Jehovah has become my Savior." Jesus told His disciples, "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14). Jesus promised all believers (not just preachers): "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe: in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues" (Mark 16:16-17). HOW IS THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST GLORIFIED?Every time we obey His word by using His name, He glorifies it. He does this by forgiving sins, healing the sick, delivering those who are in bondage, supplying financial needs, and answering a variety of prayers for His people. We get answer to prayer only through the name of Jesus! This means that every time prayers are answered through the name of Jesus, His name is glorified! Amen!
