Dear Friends,

The Holiday season is here, already. It seems we just started the year 2001.

We would like to thank all of you for your prayers and abundant support for missions through the years.

Last year in Russia:

* During the year, we passed out nearly 1000 Bibles and 40 sets of Power Hour Curriculum. I wish you could see the faces of the teachers and kids who receive them.

* We were able to visit with several ambassadors and enroll 3 of their children in our International School. * Due to some financial situations in Russia, we were limited in travel this year, but we were still able to visit some different schools around Russia. * We had our largest Student Convention ever - 250 kids - from all across the CIS.

* Our Teacher Training in August was a wonderful success, with 40 teachers gathering to learn about Bible Based Education.

* Fall Educator's Convention in November, 75 teacher gathered, including 20 new people, who are interested in starting Bible Based Education.

* We did a new Teacher Training in Moldova this year, helping solidify our position in the country.

* This year, a mother and daughter have been coming regularly to our Sunday Bible Study, pray for Vera & Ann.

Please help Mary and I pray about a couple of situations:

1. For my mother and father. In September she had an operation for colon cancer, and was not expected to live, but God was merciful and she came through. Since then, she has had two more operations for complications. She us under 100 lbs and needs strength. This has caused my always strong father to suffer physically too. Now his health is in jeopardy.

2. For my brother-in-law Jim. In Sept. he was told by the doctors he has melanoma cancer and eight months to live. Jim, my sister and their family pastor in Huron, SD, the same church my parents attend.

Following the actual Christmas Holidays, we will be heading for SD to visit with the family and take care of some business. It is our intention to return to Moscow and continue in the work of spreading Bible Based Education throughout the CIS around March 1st - should Jesus tarry.
